Beginners
The original hot yoga, 90 minutes, 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, in a room heated to 40ºC. A therapeutic yoga practice designed to be accessible and beneficial to people of all ages and abilities.
Drills
A drill based progression class designed to increase your understanding of yoga asanas. Featuring a warm-up sequence and some mobility exercises followed by a series of posture development drills.
Advanced
The Classic 84 series. A roughly 2- 3 hour class for experienced practitioners. Please contact the studio direct for further details.
