We offer a variety of classes suitable for all levels of practitioners, from beginners to advanced. Our experienced instructors are committed to helping you achieve your yoga goals in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Beginners
The original hot yoga, 90 minutes, 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, in a room heated to 40ºC. A therapeutic yoga practice designed to be accessible and beneficial to people of all ages and abilities.
Intermediate
An extension of the beginners series. Following the Progressive Hatha Yoga sequence this class is ideal for those who are feeling comfortable with the beginners class and want to dive deeper into their yoga practice.
Advanced
The Classic 84 series. A roughly 2- 3 hour class for experienced practitioners. Please contact the studio direct for further details.
Drills
A drill based progression class designed to increase your understanding of yoga asanas. The class is 90 minutes, in a warm room, featuring a warm-up sequence and some mobility exercises followed by a series of posture development drills.
